Okay okay I'm going to make this quick because my girls are all wound up and acting crazy around me so it's hard for me to concentrate. I guess after being well behaved during the workshop they just had to go crazy afterwards. So now I'm being beckoned to play tag around the pool table. They just don't know that my tags aren't going to be soft and loving but hard welting pelts upon any part of the body I can "tag". So while I go dizzy around the pool table I hope you enjoy looking at the project we created today.
As I was setting up for the workshop today I realized this set is no longer available. But with no time to spare we rolled with it anyway because I figured you can at least use the layout and change the stamped images if you would like. So now on to what I used: The stamp set is the And Many Mower from the Occasions Mini. I used the Tea Party and the Good Morning Sunshine DSP.
The little backpack. Darling isn't it?? I found the directions for it on SCS. If you follow the directions its not hard but if you don't well lets just say hope your glue isn't dry. LOL. The first one I made I followed step by step and then the second I guess I thought I knew it all and boy was I sorry.
I didn't use any stamps on this but I did use the Good Morning Sunshine DSP, So Saffron card stock and then the Apricot Appeal grosgrain.
Just a cute card for Father's Day that I happen to come across. It's made using the Trendy Trees stamp set, Chocolate chip, Baja Breeze, and whisper white card stock. I also used the Color Spritzer tool, the Stamp-a-ma-jig and the 1" Double stitched Chocolate chip grosgrain ribbon.
This card was more for the use of the Big Shot and the water coloring technique where you heat emboss the rose then spritz with water then with your Aqua painter and ink refills you add color. I found it very amazing how fast the color moves in each portion of the embossed image. It's a must try for an stamper!!!! So the big Shot items we used were the Top note die, Little Leaves sizzlit and the Backgrounds 1 texture plates. Stamp sets were of course the Fifth Avenue Floral and (OOPS! another Occasions item) Oval All. I think my workshop guests will forgive me.
LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the backpack! Great work!
